Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the contractual relationship between WorldWrestling Shop, registered under SIRET number 93494023000014, with its registered office located at 15 Rue Alphonse Daudet, 63100 Clermont-Ferrand, France, operating the website www.worldwrestlingshop.fr, and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter “the Customer”) purchasing a product on the website.

Validation of an order implies the Customer’s full and unconditional acceptance of these TCS.
No special condition may prevail over these TCS unless expressly approved in writing by WorldWrestling Shop.

2. Products

The products offered on the website are described with the utmost care.
Each product page includes a description, technical specifications, and an illustrative photo (non-contractual).

All products are designed, manufactured, or selected directly by WorldWrestling Shop.
No item comes from dropshipping.

Personalized Products

Some products (wrestling singlets, t-shirts, accessories, etc.) may be personalized at the Customer’s request.
Personalized items are produced in accordance with the instructions provided when placing the order.
Requests to modify an order after validation cannot be accepted.

3. Orders

Any order placed on the website constitutes the Customer’s unconditional acceptance of these TCS.

The ordering process involves the following steps:

1. Adding products to the cart

2. Cart validation

3. Entering personal and delivery information

4. Selecting payment and shipping method

5. Final validation and secure payment

The Customer will receive an order confirmation by email.

WorldWrestling Shop reserves the right to cancel any order in the following cases:

• an ongoing dispute with the Customer;

• suspicion of fraud;

• a manifest error (e.g., incorrect price due to a technical issue).

4. Prices and Payment Terms

Prices are shown in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC), excluding shipping costs.
Shipping fees are displayed before the final order validation.

WorldWrestling Shop reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
Products will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of the order.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

• PayPal

• Any other secure payment method displayed on the website

Payments are fully secured.
WorldWrestling Shop does not store any banking information.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer during the ordering process.

Estimated delivery times

• Products in stock: 2–5 business days

• Personalized products: 10–15 business days, depending on complexity

WorldWrestling Shop will inform the Customer of any possible delay.
However, delivery times are indicative and not contractually binding.

WorldWrestling Shop cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier.

Transport Risks

Transport risks are transferred to the Customer once the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
In case of a damaged parcel, the Customer must issue clear and dated reservations with the carrier and notify customer service within 48 hours.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 calendar daysfrom the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving a reason.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:

• made according to the Customer’s specifications;

• clearly personalized (name, logo, custom design, special size, etc.);

• worn, washed, altered, or damaged.

Returned products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error by WorldWrestling Shop.

Refund Policy

No refund can be issued before the order has been delivered. Any refund—whether requested under the right of withdrawal, due to non-conformity, or provided as a goodwill gesture—is strictly conditional upon the prior return and inspection of the item(s), unless expressly stated otherwise by WorldWrestling Shop.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving and checking the returned product.

7. Legal Guarantees

All products are covered by the legal guarantees provided under French law:

• Legal Guarantee of Conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code)

• Guarantee Against Hidden Defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code)

If a product is defective or non-compliant, the Customer must contact customer service at: contact@worldwrestlingshop.fr
Please include the order number, photos of the defective item, and a detailed description of the issue.

8. Liability

WorldWrestling Shop cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products or unauthorized modifications made by the Customer.

In any case, the liability of WorldWrestling Shop is limited to the total amount of the order concerned.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on www.worldwrestlingshop.fr (texts, logos, graphics, photos, videos, designs, etc.) is the exclusive property of WorldWrestling Shop or used under license.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or exploitation without prior written authorization constitutes infringement punishable under Articles L335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

10. Personal Data

WorldWrestling Shop is committed to protecting Customers’ personal data in compliance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés).

Collected data is used only for:

• order processing;

• customer service;

• promotional communication (subject to consent).

The Customer may access, modify, or delete their personal data by writing to:

No data is sold or shared with third parties without explicit consent.

11. Claims and Disputes

WorldWrestling Shop will always seek an amicable resolution first.
Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction of the company's registered office, in accordance with French law.

Customers may also use consumer mediation as provided under Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code.

12. Acceptance of the TCS

Placing an order on www.worldwrestlingshop.fr implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
